About Us
The Coastal Masters Group was founded August 28, 2001
by Jim and Vickie Stevens.
As you can tell by the date, this was just before "September 11th" and could have been a disaster in terms of business. However, with the strong background the Stevens' had in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, they were able to not just "survive" but create a strong retail trade for the first 6 months following "9-11."
During their retailing (selling to people who just wanted to travel and not work in the business of Coastal Vacations), the Stevens were building their first version of the Team Websites and creating the Online Presence they needed to shift from daily retail activity outside the home, to daily Sponsoring Activity working at home. This effort took several months, but the results clearly paid off.
One of the "effects" of September 11th, was to create a more competitive environment between Directors in Coastal Vacations. With their background in business and a strong desire to be on top of the business game, their response was to work on making Coastal Masters Group the most competitive Team in Coastal. They did this by creating several "Flex Options" available for joining and achieving Directorship.
In early 2005 another layer of Creativity was launched with the Wealth Code System. The Stevens introduced their new "Directors In Training" positions and began teaching how to leverage a Coastal Vacations business into a Million Dollar business with as few as 500 of these Directors In Training in your group. But this still didn't answer the one question that was pressing most on their mind.
That question was, "How do you make this run without needing to do all the work?"
The answer? Create a true CLOSING CENTER.
August 15th, 2005 was the launch date of the "Pre Enrollment Period" for the CMG Coastal Closing Center.
The concept is simple. Delegate activities that you are either not good at, not willing to do, don't have time to do or that someone else is simply better than you at doing .
The EFFECT this has on a Coastal business is, now you no longer have the one limitation that most people eventually run into. Time. By being able to "hire out" the SELLING, PRESENTING, CLOSING, PRODUCT FULFILLMENT ... you break the bondage created by the fact that normally, you as a Director in Coastal are 100% responsible for all those activities.
You can be relieved of all that by having the Closing Center do some or all those tasks for you.
You simply market in the most effective way by using our approved vendors who provide access to nearly limitless interested people, plus any other marketing you choose, whatever it may be. ALL THE REST OF THE WORK ... is done for you. And if you enjoy selling, keep on selling, you can definitely leverage your time by having the Closing Center selling for you too.
